Customers who visit our brick-and-mortar location engage in a boutique shopping experience. Personal attention, the ability to try items before making a purchase and nature of a boutique environment require us to operate with the following return policy:

 

The Copper Shed will accept un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached and a sales receipt for return within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. A store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time. Sale items, lingerie, jewelry and related items are final sale. Any item that has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered is not eligible for a return. The Copper Shed reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.

 

RETURN POLICY: Purchases made in November and December are eligible for return until February 14th. If you would like to make a return in January PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS are available upon request – please email thecoppershedllc.net or DM us @thecoppershedllc.

 

WINTER BREAK: The Copper Shed will be closed from January 1st - 30th.

ONLINE PURCHASES:  The Copper Shed website now offers online shopping. All sales online are final, as they discounted significantly. Flat rate ground shipping for all orders is $xx (10).
